"My facial got off to a rocky start because my esthetician was double booked. Because my schedule no longer permitted me to be a "regular" (although I had been frequenting the establishment for almost 10 years & have brought them new clients), I was bumped and they had to scramble to find one for me. Then she needed to prepare my room & procure my products. If it were not for this 15-30 minute delay, then my facial went smoothly. Facial complete with hand & foot massage, extractions & use of high frequency machine."
